Hydronic Pipe Replacement

SageWater has extensive experience in turnkey replacement of antiquated or otherwise outdated HVAC, mechanical or hydronic piping systems and associated components. Our One Call Repipe solution does it all: precise drywall cuts, coordination of any required remediation, removal and replacement of old pipes, fan coil units, drywall, plastering and repainting.

Keeping the Lines of Communication Open

Keeping tenants happy means keeping them informed. Our communications protocols for commercial tenants and multifamily residents ensure that everyone knows what is happening, every step of the way. We generally hold an initial meeting informing the tenants and building staff about the repipe project and why it is needed. Throughout the job, we keep everyone informed through notices, detailing what work will be done and when. We create a password-protected website so the management and tenants can log on anytime to check our progress. They know when we will be working in their unit and for how long. Information on preparing for the work, maps and communications are all accessible on the dedicated site. Our onsite project manager is available to answer any questions.

Business as Usual

By scheduling our work for the nights and weekends (during the work day for multifamily properties), we keep the system downtime to a minimum.

We're Team Players

Our SageWater project leader supervises everything, so you don't have to. He makes sure our teams are meticulous in preventing the spread of dust, carting debris away daily. All repipe team members are on-staff, which eliminates the coordination, and delays, of working with multiple sub-contractors. Team members are bonded professionals with an expertise in all aspects of hydronics and pipe replacement.

SageWater specializes in complex HVAC and hydronic replacement projects in large commercial buildings.
